My stay at Best Western was extremely comfortable. I love the spacious rooms, and I appreciate that it is located within short distance to shopping areas and restaurants. The staff in particular moved above and beyond for me. My flight arrived very early, and they did their best to ensure I got a room as soon as possible. I also had late deliveries following me checking out, and the hotel staff did their best to assist me, which I sincerely appreciate. I'd definitely stay at Best Western again.

Great place to stay, jacuzzi room was surprisingly huge and very very clean. Great city location thats a few minutes away from most attractions. Our truck was broken into through the window on our second night while being parked in the back of the hotel. Staff credited us a free stay for the trouble and i was able to replace the stolen items.

Hotel was nice and clean, jacuzzi room was huge! On our second night our truck got broken into through the window but the hotel ended up crediting us a free stay. Great hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Honestly Id park in the front of the hotel if possible. Houston has a bad vandelism problem.

The accommodations are great for the price and it includes breakfast. All the staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. There is a pretty well-stocked convenience store in case you need a quick snack. The area does not have excessive traffic. Parking is so-so. They could ise more space.

Brick bed hotel

I would NEVER stay here again. We went overnight for my granddaughter’s surgery. The person was not at the desk to check in and it took forever. The beds were the hardest I have ever felt in my life and this morning there was a roach!!!
