Our stay here was great! It was clean and a comfortable place for our family of 5. Super conveniently located to everything in the area. I loved that we could bring our dog and that there was a fenced in yard for her to roam some. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host was friendly ,super quick to respond and was kind to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Checking in was very easy. Everything was very clean. Nice safe location. Had an issue with one of the breakfast items not working correctly & she brought new one to along with a griddle. Then offered anything we might need to cook with that was not already there. So was helpful & kind. We had an awesome Christmas being able to all be together.

This place was great. We chose it because of the proximity to our event but that almost felt like it was a coincidence when we got into the house and saw how accommodating it was. Clean, comfortable and they even provided a dog bed. That felt great.

We had to book at the last minute due to a funeral. Host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and she was very accommodating. The house was extremely clean and it was exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again when come back to town!!!!

Great house layout. Loved bedrooms with their own bathroom. Great TV/community area to visit. Kitchen was properly functional with all necessary equipment. AC will keep you perfectly cooled. Ceiling fans are a bonus. Large carport to protect your vehicle(s). Great location to everything you will need to do or see in Hot Springs.

Great Time

Property is in a great location, right off central. I loved that every bedroom had its private bathroom. Furnishings were great quality and extremely comfortable. Loved the mattress in yellow room. Just like mine at home. Everyone else slept great also. The patio area was great. Enjoyed the swing while grilling. Will definitely use this property again. I have never had an owner respond so quickly to any inquiries before. Great job,!

Bethel is excellent to rent from. Her place is located in a perfect location for anything you are going to do. The house is such a great place to stay. This was our 2nd year staying in this place.

We came to Hot Springs for the horse races. This location couldn’t be better! Close to the races and restaurants. Very welcoming environment, clean, and very responsive, kind owner. We will gladly stay here again on our next visit.

Enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for three couples! We came in for the races, which were canceled due to the weather, so ended up enjoying a lot of family time. We cooked dinner for 10 people one night! There were plenty of utensils, plates, pots and pans, and plenty of room for us all to eat comfortably. The owners had the place well stocked, clean, with beautiful furnishings. The beds were so comfy! We would stay here again!
