"The staff were all great everything was fine, the venue was great and unique, well situated and the breakfast was really good. The only issue was (which I’m sure will change soon enough) but for our visit the lift didn’t work and we were on the top floor! Apart from that great all round"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Three Kings pub, excellent accommodation, lovely staff. We had a problem on our second morning there as the pub was all locked up at breakfast time and no staff around. Sorted later that day and we were refunded for our missing breakfast"
