We really liked the hotel because it was in a good location for us and very clean. What we didn’t like was no mini-fridge and there needs to be better communication on their listing as to what floor the room is on as well as no elevator.

"The Breakfasf was pretty good, however the room A/C did not work, so I asked staff to come check, 2 hours went by and the housekeeper came to clean my room so i asked her about the A/C, she called the front desk, they came, turned a few buttons with a attitude like I was bothering him, and turned around and left the room with even checking to see if it was working or not. The A/C didnt have not 1 drop of air come out. I stayed for 6 nights and every night i had to open the window and door for cool air. 2nd night there my neighbor was on the balcony at 2am smoking and on the phone talking to anyone who would pick up the phone, speaking very loud until about 4 am. The hotel is not walkable distance to anything such as resturants or cafes."
