Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. Both beds need new mattresses - uncomfortable. Breakfast was good for being included. 2nd night had noisy neighbors sounded like they came back from a bar initially with a lot of people in the room.

Excellent staff services. Clean rooms and amenities. Everything smells good! Pool inside with hot water! The place is comfy and excellent for family vacations. Near Helen downtown, excellent location. Breakfast included was great, also included some snacks that were a plus.

We were booked for 11/7-11/9, showed up at 9:00 on Friday night 11/7 to be told there was no record of our stay, despite having the Hotels.com confirmation and emails pulled up to show the woman. It is interesting to note that this email asking for this review now shows the booking was 11/6-11/8. While standing there, it was evident other parties had been moved around due to some room issues and I'm assuming one was given our room. Listening to the woman argue with the GM on the phone it was evident a mistake had been made somewhere with the GM trying to fix it and the incredibly rude woman at the desk (likely who made the mistake) unwilling to do so. Thankfully Hotels.com was able to get us to a different hotel. I would not give this hotel another minute of my time or penny of my money after the way we were dismissed and mistreated over something that clearly was not our fault. Go to the Holiday Inn down the road and get a better experience!
