After a long day at Hershey Park, we arrived late and were hoping for a clean, comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, that was not the case. While the lobby appeared decent, it had an odd smell that set the tone for the rest of our stay. When we entered the room, the odor of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The room itself was in poor condition — the air conditioning unit had towels placed underneath it, the flooring was lifting, and the bathroom was unacceptable. There was visible mold on the shower walls, and the toilet seat was stained and appeared to have been used by people smoking in the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this property were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms themselves were suitable, clean beds and towels, the rooms could use some renovation but nothing that would make me not want to stay again. The staff were nice and helpful as well. My main problem was there wasn’t a single ice machine, they all were removed. The breakfast options were also very limited. I was hoping for bagels for something light to eat but the closest they had was bread in a container, with no tongs or anything. Last thing I’d just like to note, I don’t think there’s much they can do with the smokers floor being there but the elevator smells like cigarettes.

Worst day stay ever made me feel unsafe

This was the absolute worst day I’ve ever had. The room was OK. The people in the hallway screaming at 11:30 at night not OK when I brought it to the supervisors attention I ask them not to call me out because I was a single woman traveling alone yet they did exactly that I didn’t sleep all night and when I called to ask for some type of credit, the supervisor was rude to me, yelled at me and told me the only way I was gonna get any sleep as if I paid for another night I felt unsafe this is

Staff were friendly. The air conditioning kept freezing over. The sheets were rough. Every time someone opened and closed their doors from the other rooms it was so loud. The pillows gave us sore necks and backs today. We only stayed one night. Cannot speak on the breakfast we didn’t eat at the hotel.

This property was under construct however the staff, Manny in particular, were fantastic. From the welcome goody bag, to the dining recommendations and the help getting our laundry done past the work zone, we had a great stay. Our room was old and obviously had not been renovated, but was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Floors in room were filthy also common areas. Bathroom floors filthy and toilet seat broken. Smoke detectors broken. Air conditioner didn't cool and was VERY loud and inside was clogged with filth. Would never consider it again for any reason. Rather sleep in car.

This property is extremely run down and in the process of renovation. The renovations are cheap. The inn is dirty and unsafe. Our door did not lock properly. Our floor in our room was dirty. Our bathroom was filthy ...dirt in bathtub and drain filled with hair....stained dirty toilet. The vanity's mirror was broken and the vanity itself had several pieces missing. the walls and doors had stains and dirt all over them and were poorly patched. Barely felt safe enough to sleep there let alone eat breakfast. Had to use our suitcase propped against the front door to feel safe enough to attempt sleep. The air conditioner was cold and ran but sounded like it was going to blow up all night. After a night of barely any sleep, we got up and left without attempting to eat breakfast or bathe in the filthy tub. Also the rate was ridiculous for what we received. Do not recommend!
