Staff were amazing. Very clean. The only negative I had was that my room had no towels, so I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk from the 4th floor to pick them up in the morning. The breakfast lady was especially kind.

EVERYTHING was wonderful!! Such a beautifully decorated hotel, very clean and colorful room, loved the glass door on the shower and above all the Front Desk Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! :) WIill absolutely stay there again when I go back to Hershey! :)

very nice property! bed was super comfy, AC worked well, tv was nice. only issue we had was the shower only stayed one temperature of REALLY hot, no matter where you put the handle. otherwise, very nice!

The floors in the rooms are not properly installed. The floor needs to be replaced the floor planks are not attached and have warped. When you walk on them they creak. Not what I would expect at the tru hotel.
