"Dates booked were unavailable for the first couple weeks as prior guest was still there. They did put us up in a "temporary ". The prior guests' trash was still present and place was filthy and full of roaches/ants. A/C and hot water heater in small unit did not work and the deck was in need of repairs. ..."
