Staff are fantastic and very friendly on check in. Hotel is easy to park with plenty of spaces. Easy access from M74 - and only 15 20 mins into Glasgow. Hotel is lovely and clean - nice and chilled bar area, with great choice of drinks - bar staff spot on, Rooms are great fantastic shower - nice range of toiletries - nice sized room with small work apace and chair to chill and have a brew or watch the tv. Beds are really good - Just be aware that they are US queen sized beds - we chose the twin room as the beds are a better size. Breakfast are amazing great choice of cooked breakfast - fruit and waffles / pastries. All in all a superb hotel and will certainly use again.

Our stay was okay, but not ideal. We had booked a king-sized bed on Expedia, but on arrival we were given a standard double instead, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable than expected. Everything else was fine, but not getting the room type we booked definitely affected our experience.

Very clean, but noted some cleaners were using the dirty used towels by lodgers, same towel they were using for dusting and wiping table, windows, and sink surfaces, This is not acceptable and not hygienic way and dirt from used towel all microorganisms will stick on cleaned surface. But when we go and touch that surface it keep our toiletries clothes etc thinking it’s clean surface are deceived by these cleaners. Please train your staffs and maintain real hygiene. Just not spotless,

The hotel overbooked our room type which made for a less than ideal check in however the staff working that evening were fantastic in helping best they could dealing with none working systems and having to fix an issue a company created they handled it very professionally though we had to take an accessible room which did feel odd and the fact we hoped no one else would need this during our stay wasn't ideal it would be good for the company to chance it's booking policies. The breakfast was fantastic first place where we had waffles however the waffle pans were not oiled and there was none available so meant they stuck to pans making it messy. There were also only 1 pan on one morning and the staff member working wasn't about so could not sort this however food selection was brilliant.

The hotel was great from the start - reception staff were fantastic - there was an issue at the start and one that you need to be aware of when booking this hotel - just to manage your expectations. We booked through Expedia and the room booking says King Sized Bed - this is not the case - the bed is a UK double or a US Queen. The biggest bed that they have is the US Queen so please be aware of this when booking as you will not get a King Sized bed. That aside the staff sorted this issue by switching us to a twin room - which was fantastic - they dealt with the issue quickly so all good. The room was spotless - really comfy twin beds (decent size - bigger than a UK single. TV and work station were spot on - bathroom and shower were fantastic - quality toiletries and bath sheets. Bar and seating area in the main lobby was very relaxing with decent choice of drinks at reasonable prices - staff were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing - unbelievable choice and really tasty - we will certainly be using the hotel again - (just with the twin beds room) Easy to get to and free parking is a bonus.
