Room was very clean and comfortable Check in was fantastic no issues at all Breakfast was a total disaster: Tables full off dishes, we had to find a member of staff and ask for a cloth to clean our table before we sat down. The member of staff handed me the cloth to clean it myself. No fresh juice only water, apparently the juice machine had just broke down. Two coffee machines were also broken. This led to a queue of guests waiting for their coffee. Then we had to wait on clean cutlery being brought through from kitchen. There was only one slice of bacon available and no member of staff around to ask for more!!! The hotel and surroundings are lovely but the breakfast let it down badly.

Poor stay

Room was clean enough other than the bright yellow stains on the mattress cover and contact lens on the sink. Also had a high pitched whirring in the room all night. Went to reception and was told someone would be up but never came. The noise kept us up all night. Staff were nice enough. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine was poor and apple juice just tasted like water. Wouldn’t stay again.
