So close to the beach!

This is a very cute condo that we greatly enjoyed. The kids room having a bathroom was super nice. The sunroom/porch was wonderful to have. It was a little outdated and there were a couple fire alarms missing, that is the only reason for one less star, but still very clean. So very close to the water!

Fun at the beach

The location was great. I would definitely stay there again. The condo itself was a good size for us but the decor really needs to be updated. Other than that it was a great stay!

Loud noises/maintenance/amenities closures

The actual condo was perfect. However, we were supposed to have access to the pool. It was closed the entire stay due to maintenance and painting. There was LOUD maintenance that started before 7AM the first two days all throughout the complex we were staying. So loud and woke everyone up very early. The noise was non stop.

This unit is very dated. All thought it was clean everything needs to be updated - majorly. The master bed was very uncomfortable. The second bedroom had two very small twin beds. Great for kids but not adults. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. No blankets or extra pillow cases for the pillows. The hot water heater is so old that it doesn’t work. We had absolutely NO hot water the whole time we were there. Even leaving numerous texts /messages and phone calls to the management company we still did not get anyone to come out and fix things. Cold showers are not fun. So very disappointed. My daughter needed the internet to get a final school paper done but because there wasn’t any internet we had to find other ways for her to get her work done. That was an added expense for her. To say that this was a fun relaxing vacation would be an understatement. I have never wanted to go home so fast from a vacation as this one. I do have to give credit where credit is due - the location of the condo was spot on. The beach was just a few steps away.

This place had a beautiful view. It was kinna out of dated but was spacious and clean. Only complaint I had were the beds. Not comfortable, the main bedroom bed squeezed so loud it woke you up anytime anyone moved. There were no mattress protectors, just a sheet over the mattress and no blankets other than the sheet and a very light bed coverlet. For someone who gets cold when you sleep you freeze
