Beautiful hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. Safe and secure. Staffs are kind and welcoming. The hotel itself, like the welcome desk, outdoors, and restaurant were immaculate. My only complain was: Food was too costly for the portions. The bed sheets in my room weren't the cleanest, had very noticeable stains, not the cleanest room that I got. The pool is small, looks more like a water fountain.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. They offered a few items for sale at the front desk. They had a small restaurant and bar, but did not offer a lot food, but good if you just want a snack. There are good restaurants within walking distance and many tourist attractions as well. We really liked our room, which had a large window overlooking the pool. The pool was small and too cold (for me) to swim in, but pretty and enjoyable listening to the small waterfall feature. Nice outdoor sitting area in the center of the hotel to enjoy a beverage or read and relax.

The staff was great and helpful. The garden and atmosphere around the property are charming. It is in a great location, close to everything, and very convenient for Uber pickup. The inside of the building is a little outdated and could be cleaner (when we were there). Overall it is great and I would stay again.

Hotel San Carlos is truly a gem! The service was excellent from beginning to end, and the location is perfect. What truly sets this place apart is the kindness and warmth of the staff—they made us feel right at home. My first floor room was exceptionally comfortable. The second floor room was old, smelly and had a horrible view of the adjacent building’s parking lot. They refused to allow me to change the room. The bathroom smelled of mildew.
