I choose this accomodation based on location, price point and that it offered ac in the room. The staff are polite and pleasent. The poor review is based on the on going renovations that result in loud noises from 9am. This was unexpected and a deciding factor not to extend my stay.. the food experience left a lot to be desired with plates with stains and tea that to be discarded as something was floating in it. This was brought to the staff attention who tried to recrify it but at that pojnt I wasnt comfortable continuing the meal. Front desk staff and bell man were kind enough to store my luggage as I couldnt bare the noise and checked out early to explore the city. I expected more and really surprised by this experience. Also you can hear everything so noise cancelling headphones are a must.

We stayed at the Best Western Stofella overnight to catch a flight, the hotel is close to multiple restaurants and Oakland Mall is within walking distance. Overall the hotel is quite nice and clean, it just got a little stuffy in the room but overall the hotel was great and the pricing was quite reasonable!
