The online 1-star rating is not really justified. Although basic, this place is worth the $55 fee. The Hotels.com experience is to be avoided, they overcharged on the rate. The facilities look like they have not really cared for them much but the location is amazing right on the beach
The staff did a great job but were limited in their expertise and therefore we couldn’t eat there. Food was pretty bad. The breakfast however, was OK and had a variety of eggs or granola and fruit, which is great but the evening meals main meals were awful.
Being cut off from Internet probably wasn’t a bad thing for me, but it still was an inconvenience when trying to deal with payments or translation apps"
