Location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to everything. Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

You get what you pay for. Old property with extra hard beds. Old scratchy towels. Room key had to be reprogrammed every day we were there that was so annoying. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and lacked flavor. Better off going to a cafe down the street. Location is a bit of a walk to the cathedral. Check in was not the greatest as the hotel reached out to confirm our arrival time and stated the room would be ready. It was not had to wait an hour to get our room. Rooms were clean. Linens were just as old as the property. AC worked very well that was a plus. Really just slept and took off as early as we could and returned late just to sleep so not sure what the property was like during the day. Again you get what you pay for so if just needing to sleep it works but if looking for amenities or nightlife pay a little extra and book at the Doubletree down the street at least it is the same square as the cathedral and attached to Liverpool with plenty of good food choices just outside the property.

We asked for extra pillows and towels and even an iron and the staff attended to our every call and made our stay excellent and hassle free! We were greeted outside the hotel upon our arrival and we were helped with our luggage. This was our 2nd time staying there and we look forward to staying there again.

An excellent budget hotel in centro historico district of Guadalara. Main plazas, shopping, dining etc within easy walking distance. Hotel sits directly across the street from Plaza Dos Templos. Staff was fantastic; polite, friendly, extra-mile always with a smile. Recommend you get a suite; they face the street and you will have a small balcony, plus natural light. The standard rooms do not have an exterior facing window, the windows face internally so the rooms are dark, but the bathrooms are nice. The bathrooms in a suite are outstanding. Restaurant has good food but breakfast only. The is a small rooftop terrace that is nice, but no service there; byob. The rooftop pool seemed nice but we did not use it. Overall a nice hotel with great staff; we would definitely stay again.
