The staff and area are excellent, the hotel is beautiful. But it beeds some improvements, like i stayed on the second floor and who ever walks at night or if someone talks during the night, you can hear everything. There is no sound proof. You get waken up by any noise, also the water pressure is bad, specially the toilet.

The only thing I was not happy about is the bathroom. The sink has mold, you could see it only when you were sitting in the toilet. And the mirror had someone else toothbrush splash:(

Check in time issue

I was disappointed at time of check in, they wanted to change our room to single beds instead of double beds without making any price arrangements. They showed us our room which was already clean and did not allow us to go in before check in time. They were claiming that the room was not ready and it was the exact room they gave us two hours later.

El hotel, está muy céntrico pero encontramos pelos pegados en la pared del baño, como que alguien se afeitó la piel, y ahí dejaron pegados los bellos. Se le avisó a recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación. El desayuno del restaurante del hotel está más o menos, no tiene mucho sazón la comida.
