Overall this is a great hotel, very clean and in a peaceful area. Shopping mall around area. Room was very clean and the cleaning ladies did a great job with stay overs. Down side is that you only get one capsule of Nespresso coffee, we had to run to soriana to buy our own, they were not refilled at all. Nice coffee machine though. There is not a lot of parking space. Angelica from the front desk is not great with customers, she was rude and does not know how to take care of hotel customers. We had originally rented two rooms for 4 nights, the day of check out we decided to extend one room for one more night because we had no where to leave our luggage while we were getting our car rental, we were planning on leaving late evening, we advised Angelica about our plans, she kept spying on us and even told her replacement to make sure they charged us for the two other people in our room, they followed us around and when they asked lady was rude about it. Basically be prepared for front desk to know your business at all times while you are there. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t because of how hungry they are to charge people instead of taking care of them.

Rowdy small children are regularly left alone in pool with my girl friend and I. Informed Staff, and was told it was fine because parents were upstairs. Mexican Federal Law doesn’t allow that. A court case may be in process in the Federal courts.

Esta ocasión tuvimos experiencia DECEPCIONANTE. El hotel aparentemente decía ser “solo adultos” y ahora aceptan niños, es importante considerar esto porque la alberca es pequeña y estaban echándose clavados y se siente un ambiente poco relajado, además había botellas de vidrio en la piscina. Al mencionar esto al gerente no hubo ninguna compensación por publicidad engañosa (el hotel se anunciaba solo adultos). Antes el hotel solía ser de mayor calidad, pero ahora parece lo están bajando. De ahí en más el hotel suele ofrecer un buen servicio y staff amable.
