Good location

Good location. Friendly staff. Room had dog hair on chair and lamp. Bed had pillow top, but very hard underneath that. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. They had nice pool and hot tub, but didn't have time to use. Parking was good and well lit. Breakfast was meh..

We were disappointed in this hotel. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, no chair (nowhere to sit but the bed or floor) there wasn't any ice buckets in the room, the breakfast was a joke just had bagels no bread for toast

We were greeted and attended to quickly. Without an extra fee, we were able to check in early. Spark is new to us, but it was a good choice. Modern retro decor was ok. The King bed room was laid out well with a swing out table under the counter. Loved that. The side tables on both sides of the bed is always a plus. There were built in charging devices on both tables. The bathroom was compact. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand lotion, makeup remover packets, hair dryer,and a night light were provided. There was an open front closet with hangers, iron, and board as well as a refrigerator. We were not able to figure out how to use the tv guide on screen so ended up painstakingly going through every channel. It did not work to punch in a channel number and go directly to it. The breakfast was pretty sparse compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, but this property didn’t advertise that there was a free breakfast either so something was better than nothing…fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, snack bars, juice and coffee. We would book again.(this used to be a Hampton Inn)

Breakfast was a disappointment. The orange juice was watery, coffee was horrible, and the fact you had to pay for instant oatmeal is ridiculous.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean property. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms. Free breakfast was very poor quality in offerings. Staff was great in placing the visiting families for youth hockey league on their own floor and the rest of us above!
