Great place to stay with a family if attending an event at the KI Center or elsewhere downtown. Pool, hot tub, sauna are wonderful. Spacious room but sleeper sofa needs to be updated. Balcony was an exciting perk. Great lobby & social space for meeting up with friends & family. Great latte from the coffee shop adjacent to the lobby.

Everything was fairly nice it’s definitely a beautiful hotel. There are some maintenance things like paint, chipped floor, walls, ceilings that should be fully replaced and other cheaply done things around the room that were distasteful to the overall look of the hotel. But the service was wonderful and again the hotel was beautiful. You guys should definitely look into updating the rooms fully.

Beautiful Building but the rooms need to be renovated, replace the carpet with tile, replace tiny toilet and replace worn out beds. Parking is easy but $10.00 per night even with you staying at the hotel. That should be included with your stay in my opinion. I can understand charging for parking with special events and no reservation to stay at the hotel.

Not impressed

We ate at the pub in the hotel and the french onion soup bowl was not even half full, the soup was luke warm and when I ate the cheese there was cheese paper still stuck to the cheese. They did apologize and comp the soup and two drinks we had but was not impressed with that and will not be eating there again. You also have to pay $10 a night to park so be aware of that.
