Staff. Helpful and friendly… but we were there for a hockey tournament and with a hotel full of boys, I don’t think they were prepared and it wasn’t aware of the tournament going on, and they were not very pleasant to be around. We had to leave the lobby bc the lady at the front desk was stressing out and everything the boys did and some of the parents was wrong.

Very Polite staff. Offered up places to eat like The Pine Squirrel. Rooms were very clean and the morning breakfast staff stood out. Two lady’s smiling and putting out a very good hot meal.

The room was clean with a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was typical but nice with a spacious, comfortable area for seating. The hotel was very busy with skiers and snowmobilers but the staff was super friendly and attentive, among the friendliest we have ever had! Having a hot tub was great, especially the designated time for adults only.

My bathroom and living/sleeping space was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept like a baby. They have a 1 cup coffee maker, a microwave and a little refrigerator ... could have stayed for weeks!!!
