"Really nice and helpful host. His recommendation list will be especially useful for finding good spots for food, particularly groceries. The lodge definitely requires a car, as it’s not within walking distance of beaches or walking areas. However, it’s only 10 to 15 minutes away from all the main attractions like Eagle Beach, Tres Trapi, and Arashi Beach. Aruba is quite expensive, so the host’s guidance really helps avoid some common tourist traps early on. It would’ve been great to have cleaning done every couple of days, especially with all the beach sand, but since it wasn’t a service they offered, it wouldn’t be fair to expect it. That said, they still deserve five stars."
