We loved the property. The location was great, very secluded with amazing views. Luckily it didn’t snow while we were there, otherwise it would have been tough to get to.
Unfortunately, while we were there the internet was down, which ended up being a big inconvenience for us. Our baby monitors are tied to wifi and because the Beehive is so secluded, it was tough getting cell service. Our goal wasn’t to be in the cabin the whole time, no wifi meant it was very difficult to FaceTime family for NYE and took away my ability to work from the cabin on Tuesday morning (after New Year’s Day). I reached out to the property management group right away and after attempting to troubleshoot, still no wifi and very limited response from the management team. I understand it was New Years but to offer no support and really no help was very disheartening.
Again, while we weren’t there to spend full time in the cabin, the lack of support put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise, a fun weekend.
