"My husband spoiled me for my birthday, and I’m so glad he chose the Pfister. The concierge brought up a bottle of complimentary champagne to kick off my birthday weekend! There is a fantastic bar in the hotel lobby with plenty of seating. Our room being on the second floor above the lobby was absolutely beautiful, for an older hotel the renovations were impressive. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. Room service was quick and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone there was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!"

"The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Just a few things I would suggest. Use a better cleaner, when we first got into our room, it wreaked of bleach, it was so strong we had to keep the window open for hours to air out the room. One other thing is larger pillows, they were small and kind of flat. But other than that we had a great stay. "
