"I stayed for just one night at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and had a wonderful solo experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. My room was beautifully prepared, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. "I wanna say by far the best place I have stayed at, the staff is really helpful and welcoming, I wanna highlight that the lady at the front desk in the morning, she's very helpful and always treat you with kindness, also Kamal he's very helpful and always kind, always trying to help, he's a great guy. The guide that we had the first day I think he's name is Mohamed he was great, showed us a lot of places in the small time that we had since I had booked it last minute, but he was great, also I forgot his name but the second guide that we had when we booked a horse carriage ride, he was amazing, he would take us the really nice areas and when we decided to buy stuff he did not let the venders take advantage of us, he would have them lower the prices and even give us a gift at the end he even invited us to go eat in his house with his family, he was truly a great guide, the hotel has all the packages that you can buy in the front desk and the staff is very helpful!!! Great I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely revisit and stay in the place because the staff is amazing and they got great views from the rooftop!!!"

"Amazing staff, friendly and best hotel with pyramid views in the area. Best View pyramids hotel is a great choice for your visit. Booked deluxe King suite with pyramid view and Jacuzzi tub. Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend"
