Big thanks to Abdulrahim, my room cleaner, who not only did a great job of keeping my room immaculate, but managed to reunite me with something I’d left behind in my room before I had made it out of the front door after checking out. Top marks for everything in the hotel. "

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The view from the breakfast balcony is just spectacular. Having breakfast overlooking the pyramids is such a privilege. The rooms are clean and breakfast is substantial. Would stay here again especially when the sound and light show is completed as the hotel will have a perfect view. There is an Egyptian restaurant a few doors down which is really reasonable as well serving great food. There are places to eat in the pyramid complex so enjoy. The Lauderee is expensive but worth having tea and a macaroon just for the view. "
