"We booked 2 nights for our daughter’s cheer competition. When we got to our room it wasn’t clean at all. One bed had feces smeared down the side of the bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and was told there was wasn’t another room. When I went back up to the room and we looked closer at the bed there was a love note between the sheets which obviously showed the sheets weren’t changed. My wife and I went down to the front desk and we were then told the only other room available was “their best room” but she would put us in that room. However she didn’t mention it was only one bed so our 13 year old would have to crawl in bed with us or that it was only available for one night and that we would have to pack up and move out of that room first thing in the morning. That room didn’t have feces down the bed but it wasn’t much cleaner. Needless to say we did not stay the second night and none of us sleep good the first night. We were promised a full refund for both nights after we had the lady at the front desk call the manager Mike at home but we have not see any refund. "
