DISGUSTING. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT RAN BY THIEFS. DO NOT STAY HERE. Upon checking in we were handed a room card in a used, dirty paper sleeve. We went to our room and was greeted by holes in the wall, cracked tiles throughout the bathroom, the smell of mildew, broken ac vents, filth covering all of the wall and shelves, the list goes on. We went downstairs and requested a refund so we could find somewhere else to stay, the front desk clerk denied it and said we needed to contact Hotels.com, we asked to speak to a manager and was told we had to email her. When I told the attendant she would not want to stay here with her family, her response was “well my family and I live here and we’re fine with it.” We immediately contacted Hotels.com to get a refund(as we were told to do so by the establishment), who then contacted the hotel who DENIED the refund, so the establishment lied about being able to allow us our refund. We have emailed the manager with ZERO response after going into detail about the conditions of their establishment. We will now be contacting our credit card company to file a grievance against the hotel. Absolutely disgusting establishment.

Our room was nice and roomy. The lady at the front desk was NOT friendly at all. Zero smiles and no common manners like “You’re welcome. Or Have a nice stay.” The pillows suck and the bed had springs that poked us. The room didn’t have any extra blankets. And the duvet was dated and has a hole in it. Our headboard has a lot of scratches. The room was decent for the price but still could have some improvements. There are tons of homeless, druggies and sketchy people.

The room had a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I contacted the front office and explained the situation and that I’d like a refund and leave. The front desk clerk said his manager does not approve of the refund. Their solution is to move me another room, send a person to inspect the room with bed bugs in the morning. And only then, if they confirm there was indeed a bed bug they will refund me. This is absolutely awful service and an awful solution to not refunding me anything and say they found nothing. If I could give them zero stars I would.
