When I stayed at the Sheraton conference center in Myrtle Beach the beds in the rooms were the most amazing memory foam or something. They were so comfortable my mom and I looked them up to buy one for our homes. I booked here for the mattress because I get tension headaches from back pain. But the mattress is a very firm spring mattress. I couldn’t sleep and I had tension headaches my whole trip.

No towels in room or at pool. Terrible grouchy customer service. They made us feel like we were a burden to them instead of being apologetic about not cleaning our room two days in a row and not having more than one towel available.

Excellent Hotel Boutique

The hotel was really nice, super clean and the staff members were so kind, nice and really professional. We had a great experience, we never write any kind of reviews, either good or bad but this time it was def well deserved.
