The modest space is efficiently laid out. On the main level, you have an open floorplan with great views from the living, dining & kitchen. In the master bedroom, you can enjoy the view from bed & you have access to the deck from your room. The guest bedroom downstairs is large, with two bunk beds. On the top level is the 3rd bedroom, & the views from this room are fantastic. Outside you have ample deck space upstairs & plenty of patio space under the home for parking.
Sea Isle community offers a pool, boat ramp, fishing pier, playground, various sports courts, stores, & restaurant.

Cute little beach house with easy access to the beach! Gorgeous sunrise views from the porch and a very private beach. We literally had the beach to ourselves due to the time of year.I brought my teens for a couple of nights to just enjoy some down time and this house was a perfect choice. While it is small, the spaces are ample, clean, and it had everything we needed during our stay. We used the kitchen and did not have any issues aside from the keurig not working. They had an actual coffee pot so I just used that. While it is an older property it has been maintained well. Host was responsive and helpful. The only con for me was the bed in my room(queen) was very uncomfortable. The linens were nice and clean but I have back issues and the "sag" made for some rough sleep. If you have a healthy back it might be okay or for kids they probably wouldn't mind. All in all my kids really enjoyed our weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to the beach . The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

2nd Time Around...

This was my 2nd time to stay @ John's place. Such a great little beach house. I think it's just perfect. I will continue to come back. Perfect location and perfect view of the sunrise every morning. If you are looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this beach house is it!

Perfect spot

Great location in sea isle. Front row with a good view. Was the perfect size for my family of four. We had some rain and the house came with lots of games so everyone was entertained. Overall very enjoyable

Made me sad

This was a bucket list trip for our family. I hoped to find a house we’d want to return to year after year. Sadly, this wasn't it. We wanted to leave the first day, but stuck it out longer, considering the 5-hour drive home. I just wish more effort had been spent maintaining the house than staging it with accessories & fake plants for snazzy rental photos. Cons: The entire house shook when anyone over 150 lbs walked across the floor. The toilet in the master was barely usable for anyone of average height due to it being jammed up too close to the shower. The drywall in the main bathroom looked like there had been 4 inches of standing water in the past. Towel holders were barely attached. All screens were ripped. Door was nearly impossible to lock, even with a video tutorial. The overstuffed couch with a dozen pillows seemed an illogical choice for a beach house. I shuddered wondering when it had last been really cleaned. The area under the house was like a construction zone with a mix of sand & mud. It was difficult for one of my family members and dog to navigate. She even fell in a large hole that wasn't visible because the grass was so high. After that, I had to carry her back and forth from the stairs to the sand. Due to the lack of pavers or planks on the ground, it wasn't possible to get in the house after rinsing our feet from either shower or hose without walking back in the sand and dirt. :-( Pros: oceanfront, pet friendly, comfortable downstairs beds

Serene Staycation - Sun Rise @ Sea Isle

Truly enjoyed my stay @ your property John and will definitely come back! Property was exactly as described and is situated in the perfect location. This is the ideal spot if you are looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle; situated right on the beach just steps from the water. The home was quaint and inviting. My favorite part of the trip was watching the sunrise against the ocean backdrop; simply breathtaking! John is very attentive and responsive. Beautiful home, breathtaking views, perfect staycation!

Relaxing Family Beach Trip

We had a great family trip. The house in a perfect location, right on the beach. It had everything we needed— beach chairs, cabana, toys, games, charcoal grill. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked we cooked or grilled every meal at the house. The Sea Isle community pool was also fun and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to every message and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Loved our stay. Plenty of room for two families of four. Bunk room is great for kids! Kitchen was well stocked and very user-friendly. Giant porch with a 24/7 view of the beach was the best part! We had a lovely time. Spent hours at the beach and hours on the porch. Made all our meals in the kitchen. Great communication with John. Thank you.

Comfortable Beach house

Beach house has a relaxing atmosphere inside and out. Nice spacious deck overlooking the beach to enjoy watching the sunrise. Comfortable furnishings and beds. For colder days plenty of games are provided.

Never, never never - Don't walk but run from this property

Upon arriving the maintenance worker handed my the keys. The front door is broke and a pain to close and lock. We have a two year old and he got out twice and there is no gate off of the balcony. After settling in the TV in the main room didn't work and the only TV was a very small one (ruku) in the bunk room. Tried to give our son a bath and there was no stopper in the tub. The water pressure in the shower actually bruised my wife's back. All the blankets and sheets had a very odd scent and were dirty. On top off everything we brought coffee but they don't even have basic things in the kitchen like sugar/sweetner packets. The stay was an absolute nightmare the the owner was rude and very unprofessional. I will never ever stay at a VRBO after this experience. The VRBO staff only cares about collecting their fees and does nothing for the consumer. The owner lied about saying that we broke "house rules" and VRBO just let this process happen. We didn't violate ANY rules and VRBO made us leave a day early. What a terrible property with even more terrible host. DON'T STAY, even if they pay you!
