The room was terrible. Glass on the floor the tv didn’t work. The box for the to was hid behind the shelf. Just don’t stay here.

The room is very gross. Toilet doesnt work, no lever for the flapper. Sheets have holes in them. The ac emits a fishy odor. Crusty floor in the bathroom. Stains litter the room.

Old roadway inn. Run down, no washcloth or handtowels, no top sheet on bed. Electrical sockets not working. First room toilet leaking, toilet seat wrong size, desk chair broken, found dead but in bed. Shower curtain moldy.

Motel wouldnt let me check in until 4pm and at 1pm when i got there ibrequestedi needed a downstairs room and she said she didnt have one so she gave me a upstairs room and when i got ice from the laundry riom there over 10 rooms downstairs that was vacant and the clerk was rude and when i checked in she gave people behind me downstairs room but with my bad knee she forced me to take a upstairs room there

The room was fine for one night. Staff was friendly. Had to go to the front desk to request towels and there was a sketchy person staying there that called me inappropriate names and threw things at our car when we were leaving.

This is absolutely not recommended if want at least descent accommodation. - no clean at all - microwave, floor , bathroom all were dirty, not cleaned at all - asked to clean at least at the desk, but the person asked me if I want to leave then I can with refund. That was not expected at all and it was around 11pm. I feel very bad with this response. 😠 - no towels available. Need to ask 2-3 times. - bedsheets and blankets were smelling. - I would fine with interior but at least cleanness can expected considering the family. I am not hesitating to ask the refund as it was worst experience so far.

This was the most disgustingly dirty motel I have ever stayed in. Nothing was clean, it didn’t feel safe and the pictures online did not show what we saw. The doors seemed like they had been broken into. We wouldn’t even sleep under the sheets and put towels on the pillows before we layed in them. Travelocity should not be involved with this property.

We were told by the Uber driver it is the worst hotel in Galveston. Dirty- neglected and in a dangerous area. - we left and didn’t even bother to ask for our money back. This should not be offered as an option of places to stay!!!!!

There was black mold, fuzzy mold, white mildewy mold everywhere in the room. They did not provide any towels, I had to find a local store to buy my own. The room reeked of very strong air freshener, like they were trying to mask the mildew/mold smell. At check in, other people were asking for refunds. We stayed, I woke up woke up with itchy, burning eyes and a sore throat.
