My family and I stayed from 11/06/2025 to 11/10/2025, with a total of 11 guests. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. I’ll admit, after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous due to the price and concerns about potential issues with the home. However, we did not experience any problems.The house is very spacious and well utilized. I loved the location we walked to the beach every day, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It’s also conveniently situated near everything we needed. The large porch was one of my favorite features, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.I would recommend adding seat covers for the kitchen chairs, as the seats were dirty, and we purchased towels to place over them before sitting. The basement could also use a thorough cleaning so guests feel comfortable using that entrance as well. Additionally, the home had an overpowering smell when we arrived, but candles helped.I did not use the kitchen, but everything appeared to be in good condition. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely return.

Over all, we had a great time. We did enjoy the spacious house and its location was perfect for the price. The private beach was well worth it and made our beach time so much more enjoyable! However, there were a few issues with the space that made our time a bit more difficult. Some small issues like not having salt and sugar (not huge, but an extra grocery trip after arrival), to a few confusing items missing such as no pot holders, and only one kitchen towel. We had to end up using bath hand towels to remove pans from the oven etc. There were also clear discrepancies between the listing photos and current state of the property, the listing photos need to be updated. Lastly, there were some true functional things broken with the house. A curtain rod that was left hanging after being broken, toilet handles that were falling off if not held up when flushed, cabinet doors hanging on the hinges, and hallway railing that was stripped from the wall so would not have supported anyone had we needed to use it. We did reach out to the host when we arrived and noticed these issues. While they were polite and did thank us for our feedback there was not a sense of apology expressed or desire to rectify any of the issues during our stay. All in all, we had a good stay. But we all agreed more effort and transparency should be put into this listing in order to best take care of future guests.

Great location-Quick walk to the beach

Loved the huge home on the beach! It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and it was through a quiet neighborhood. We drove into town to visit restaurants and tourist attractions. But being away from the traffic was a big plus.

Pretty good time!

Gorgeous house, lots of space for everyone, love the decor and vibe of the home, beach was only a short drive away (2 minutes), very peaceful, lots of natural lught, comfy beds, great layout. Our only crituques would be that the 3rd floor door doesnt lock (it was unlocked when we got here), there are no pot holders in the kitchen, no stopper for the bathtub (we bought one and left it for the next group), and no place to put toilet paper. But overall we had a great experience and the house is lovely.

Nice and Relaxing

The property was very nice, plenty of space for a large party. Clean and close proximity to the beach only a three minute walk. Not far from the main Seawall just a 10 minute drive or less depending on traffic.

Overall Perspective

Property was in a great neighborhood, house was designed nicely but was not cleaned properly I was a bit disappointed. Garage very dirty, large fridge in kitchen was not working but had a small mini college fridge to use which had no space. Mgr was nice and refunded us a 100 for lack of fridge.

Fabulous Spring Break getaway!

This is our second time in 4 months staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The house is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is always quiet, even during a peak travel week. The house has things like a washer and dryer, high chair, and other useful amenities when traveling with children. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well. We are looking forward to our next stay here already!

Family Christmas Getaway

The house size was perfect for our family. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The only thing that was missing was a pool (LOL) Also on the downside the sofa lounger is very worn, and needs replacing or upholstered to build the cushion up. Lastly there needs to be televisions in all the bedrooms. Kids love to be in their own space to watch or play their games.

Perfect for large groups

The house was accurately depicted and it fit our 5 families that stayed, comfortably. The location was an easy drive from everything we were looking to do. The only issues we had was that we noticed mold on the ceiling in one of the rooms, seemingly from water damage. Short term stays, it’s one of those things that we weren’t too concerned about to report it immediately, but still a little unsettling to look up and see in the room you are sleeping in! Also, I felt like the property was a bit strict on check in time. I understand that if you have previous guests before, sometimes it’s just not available, but it seemed to be open the night before and he wanted us to pay a $50 extra fee to come a few hours before. Needless to say, we’ve never had someone do that so it was a tad bit off putting. But overall, it was clean and matched description.

Great house, excellent stay!

This house is wonderful for a beach vacation! We stayed with kids ranging from 1 to 7 - the bunk beds were a huge hit! The house has plenty of space and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach from the house through the beautiful neighborhood. There are lots of great restaurants are close by as well. Will definitely be back to this house for another trip soon!

Not Clean, Some Items Not Working, Not a Great Experience

The location was great but wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we got there. It was not occupied for a while and there were dust rabbits and kangaroos, not dust bunnies. The dust was so thick that I thought the kids played with a shredding husky. The bedroom ceiling was leaking water from the roof when it rained. We were given 1 small and 1 big towel for each bed BUT the washing machine was broken. It didn’t clean the towels we washed and came out with more sand and dirt. Also, the upstairs bathroom bath was stopped up and dirty. There were no cleaning supplies no TVs in each room. The property manager responded to every issue but the handy man they sent didn’t fix anything, only looked and gave explanations. A plumber and repairman were supposed to show according to the property manager, but never showed.
