I specifically booked a king room and when we got to the hotel, it was a room with 2 queens. They said I was upgraded to a room facing the river because they were booked full. This doesn't make sense to me, this was a down grade, we wanted a king bed, not 2 queen, an upgrade would have been the king with river view. Also only one elevator working and hallway is kinda loud. Nice hotel. Opted for the breakfast buffet, which is actually nice and worth it, they will cook you fried or poached eggs if you don't want the buffet scrambled eggs and oatmeal.

Excellent location near downtown and walking trails long the river. All staff friendly and accommodating. We booked 2 queen bed premiere room. Rooms were spacious and very clean. They were down to 1 elevator but it wasn’t that bad. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you.

in defence of the hotel, they had some annoying nerd, comic con festival across the street. And a bunch of dance kids. They gave us the wrong room, elevator was broken. Fortunately got the right room. But it was right by the pool and the exit door, so you could just hear the door slamming every nine seconds.
