My room was on the ground level. There was a big hole in the screen of the window. The bathroom was very rundown a big crack in the sink and around the tub look moldy with caulking covering it up. Also I had to request more then once for my room to get clean. It was around 3pm and still no housekeeping and next day I went out for the day came back and again and had to request housekeeping and waited to after 4. The next day I just didn't brother. The pool area is very nice not as bright as the pictures show online but it was still nice. The restaurant had great food and service. Was there for their Thanksgiving buffet aswell and everything was great nice and fresh hot The free breakfast is in the restaurant set up as a buffet style can't bring anything back to your room but that was okay it was nice. A good variety. I honestly wouldn't book this place again tho I was very disappointed with the service and looks of the room. Definitely not even close to what the pictures online look.

The entire property is very run down. The bathroom did not feel very clean, we had to ask a few times for the sheets to make up the pull out couch. The pool wasn't very clean, and whole the breakfast was appreciated it was not very good or even warm.

We stayed dor 5 nights, due to the convenient location to family and for the pool. The water was above our ankles in the shower, and took a long time to drain, as did the sink. Room was only cleaned twice, where towels were exchanged and bed made, but nothing more. So disappointed.

We stayed here twice in a road trip. The hotel is showing its age in some areas (carpet, wallpaper) but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating in the pool area which was nice. Sometimes included breakfasts are pretty thin or served in a closet. This was as good as any we’ve had. Did not see any issues with the pool. It’s not the newest/biggest/nicest pool I’ve seen but the kids enjoyed it.

Rundown and tired. The parking lot was occupied by spectators of a game in an adjoining field, making it difficult to find parking. Tiles on the stairs were broken and walls were scuffed and dented. Carpet in room was stained. Curtains were off the rods making them difficult to close. The building really needs a facelift. We come from Alberta and have stayed here several times but unfortunately this will be our last time unless improvements are made.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the pools and hot tub the most the pool is a bit small but I got wet on a hot day so I was happy lol. But over all I absolutely loved this place and will definetly be staying again sometime

Ok if you are looking to time travel

This hotel is very dated. It is like stepping into the 1970’s. Our room was on the second floor, which has no elevator. The sink was coming loose and the room smelled of chlorine as the patio door opens to an Indoor courtyard with a pool. Free breakfast, but I am pretty sure the menu and some ingredients, have been around for 50 years. Ok if you are looking to time travel!

There didn’t appear to have been any updates to this place since it was built in the 70s. I swear the curtains (probably never cleaned) and wallpaper were still the same. Our sheets were not clean, there were crumbs on the chair and sticky stuff on the bedside table, when we arrived late in the evening. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. I felt bad for the staff who were doing the best they could under the sordid circumstances

After a few days of wild camping in Papineau Falls, then a few more days on a campsite in PEI, we stopped at Hotel Ramada hoping for a comfortable little stay, but what we found instead was a comfortable bed surrounded by decaying facilities. The room itself was in very poor condition, the appliances were old and dirty (especially the heating/cooling element, but climate control was working fine), the curtains were coming of the windows and fixed with zip-ties. That prevented them from being entirely closed, or opened in anyway, which meant sunlight very early, then not enough when we woke up and wanted to open it. The amenities, like the pool, were off-putting at best. The pool water looked foggy and thick with particles floating around, and its color (while that could be caused by brome instead if chlorine) had a brown tint. The spa seemed to have the same foggy water, although we did not get close enough as the off-putting pool was enough to discourage us. We ended up getting a couple of shots at the pool-area mini bar, then went back to our room. Of course, the room looks nothing like the photos. While I guess this is to be expected from bargain, last-minute bookings, the gap
