My room was on the ground level. There was a big hole in the screen of the window. The bathroom was very rundown a big crack in the sink and around the tub look moldy with caulking covering it up. Also I had to request more then once for my room to get clean. It was around 3pm and still no housekeeping and next day I went out for the day came back and again and had to request housekeeping and waited to after 4. The next day I just didn't brother. The pool area is very nice not as bright as the pictures show online but it was still nice. The restaurant had great food and service. Was there for their Thanksgiving buffet aswell and everything was great nice and fresh hot The free breakfast is in the restaurant set up as a buffet style can't bring anything back to your room but that was okay it was nice. A good variety. I honestly wouldn't book this place again tho I was very disappointed with the service and looks of the room. Definitely not even close to what the pictures online look.

The hotel is very old and smelly. You can literally see and tell that the property needs a 100% renovation. You can hear the noises from the other room. The property needs more lights. It looked like a hunted hotel because it was very dark. Front desk agents need to be more warm and welcoming. Thankfully, we just stayed 1 night. Not going to stay at this hotel anymore and will not recommend.

We stayed in a suit and it was great, my son loved the pool and watching the fish in the waterfall and after he was in bed got to relax in the jacuzzi. We stayed in room 244 which had a nice little seating are outside the door which was great when we had a few out of town friends walk up to our room to catch up without disrupting my son while sleeping. Will definitely stay there again in the future

I had a wonderful quick stay at the Ramada in Fredericton. It is my preferred hotel to stay at in Fredericton when I travel to the area. My room was spacious and clean I had a nice view of the pool and hot tub area I love the courtyard view. I thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub and pool. The restaurant on site always serves awesome breakfast and delicious meals all the time which is awesome. So I had no issues with my stay I definitely will be doing it again in the near future.

I was working in Fredericton for an event booked the hotel to stay the night after my work was done they would not allow me an early check-in without charging for an additional night stay. They said their front desk was 24 hours so I was fine with that as long as they knew that I was going to be checking in after 2:00 a.m.. That was great when I did check in no problem there. Slept in until 9:00 a.m. but I was not informed that the complimentary breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. which by that time I was still in the shower. The bathroom on the other hand is a whole other story every nook and cranny was filled with dollar store caulking. This was an effort to try and clean up the property but it made it look even worse they even had it on the spigot of the faucet because on closer look it was rusted and cracked. There were chipped spots in the bathtub as well There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom which for a hot steamy shower allows the steam to build up and can promote mold. The bed, although very clean, felt like I was sleeping on a box and I don't mean it felt like a firm mattress, it felt like a box. I'm normally not one to post a less than positive review, but this was not satisfactory for the price.

The hotel was older and could use better lighting in the stairwell leading up to the second floor as it is very dim and not good for some of us are mobility andvisually impaired. The balance was off with the hot tub, and I did develop a rash. Other than that, it was convenient with lots of parking and adequate for one night stay

The place is clean enough, the pool/courtyard in the middle is unique but a bit bizarre. Feels straight out of the 1970s. Hotel is a bit dated and on the side of the river that ISN'T where the downtown is. Overall, value for the money was reasonable.

The front desk staff were very polite. The room was clean enough, not great, but passable. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet kept running and the shower head was broken. The tub filled with water so you were ankle deep during a shower. The pool was green and the hot tub had dirt bubbles. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. They had to move us due to the shower head. Then next room was almost the same but not as many plugs.
