I liked being more interactive with other customers than most hotels. I didn't like that it we didn't have a minifridge or coffee in the room, but I think maybe that is a german thing

I stay at this hotel frequently when passing through Frankfurt Airport on business. The design is fresh, youthful and stylish. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The welcome drink is a nice touch. It is a bit confusing to walk to this hotel (and basically all of the other ones around it) from the airport, but it is doable. Multiple taxis have always been waiting at the front door in the mornings to take people to the airport.

Perfect for Layover

This was a good choice for an overnight layover. Loved the welcome drink at check-in after a long day of traveling. Appreciated the bar and food menu. Room is simple (no fridge, no coffee, no safe, no hanging closet, no bottle of water) but just enough for washing up, sleeping well, and heading back out in the morning. Price was right for what I needed. Uber to/from airport was <20 euro with tip

The Moxy is the apotheosis of the modern "boxy-functional-splash-of-style" hotel chain you see around European airports. Generic, but with super functional design and generally clean. Nice touches such as a drink upon check-in. Breakfast is OK, if you are on a budget you can run next door to the REWE and get your eats.

Modern but with drawbacks

Overnight layover stay. Place is “cool” in design and offerings, with a couple of oddities. My wife left her toothbrush in her checked bag so we asked for a courtesy sample. The hotel doesn’t offer these. Everyone forgets their toothbrush sometime, right? Another uh-oh: our room had no closet and no storage of any kind for clothes. Thankfully we were only staying one night but even then, we had to leave items on the floor since there were only three hangers on a wall. Not a fan of this!

Be careful when parking, not all spots accept credit cards. The pillows were very firm and caused pain in my neck. They used to offer one firm and one soft. They used to offer a free drink for Marriott preferred members, that didn’t happen either.
