Hello Sunshine! The fabulous HUGE screened in Lanai is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our spectacular weather. Palm trees swaying in the breeze and a partial view of the Bay are yours to enjoy. Comfortable outdoor furniture means you will linger for hours reading a book, taking a nap, having that first cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying a nice glass of wine in the evening after a full day at the beach.

The beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with Dining Room and Living Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Room in the center, while the Master Bedroom and Bath sit on the right and the Guest Bedroom and Bath sit on the left. The Living Room has a large comfy sectional sofa and chair - perfect for the entire family to watch their favorite shows on the Flat Screen TV. The Dining Room sits 6 comfortably. The wall of glass doors out to the lanai from the Living Room and Breakfast Room flood the entire Living Area with sunlight.

The fully equipped Kitchen features nice appliances and opens up to the gorgeous Breakfast Room and a glass topped table that seats 4.

The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a King sized, Four-poster Bed, its own HUGE flat screen TV for late night viewing, sink and vanity in the dressing area and private lanai access. The Master Bath has the second vanity and features a Walk In Shower. On the other side of the condo, there's the Guest Bedroom, which also has a King sized Bed and its own TV. The Guest Bath next door has a tub/shower combo.

For your convenience, there is a Laundry Room with a full sized, stacked washer/dryer in the unit, free WiFi and cable TV service. There is a building elevator, secured lobby and ample on site parking.

Located on Estero Bay at the very southern tip of the island, guests at Marina Towers enjoy having the big, beautiful Bay in their own backyard - Fishing, kayaking, boating, or just drinking in the lovely view as you sit by the pool or relax on the Clubhouse lanai. Boat docks and boat ramp are available on site.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
