Vickie responded to questions within minutes - one of the most responsive property managers I have dealt with. The small apartment/kitchen was just what we were looking for. We ate breakfast in and lunch and dinner out. Tiki Tiki was our favorite restaurant. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature even during the cold snap. Pool toys were provided for kids. The beach is less than 1 block away and beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The price was right. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and met wonderful people in our little apartment complex! Thank you for a relaxing after holiday break!

Beautiful oasis we had all to ourselves. Gorgeous spot in beach with lifeguard 2 minute glorious walk. Pool was excellent and texting with property manager could not be nicer. Really awesome we stayed there twice already and I’d go again!!

Outside a property was a completly mess, bbq , bench ,everything outside have birds poo look like long time without clean, the pool have a restriction from broward county CLÓSED weeks ago ( Don't pass a test for safety use) The marihuane smell was constat. Not recomemded if you have kids. TO EXPENSIVE for the conditions in commons areas.

Very nice, convinient and peacefully. We loved it and wanted to extend our stay until Monday, but didn't knew how since expedia didn't give us the option. Only down size was the seaweed at the beach, but overall it was a great experience .

I loved this place — it truly exceeded my expectations in every way: spaciousness, privacy, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach, which is practically a private and environmentally clean area. Vicky was excellent in the way she treated us, and honestly, we didn’t even have to call her for anything — everything was perfect. I went to celebrate my birthday, and on Saturday, a few friends came by to visit me — they were also amazed by the place. I would give it a 20 out of 10 and would come back at least once every year! I can’t go without mentioning Boris, the service and maintenance manager, and his wife who helps with the cleaning — such kind and attentive people! From the moment they saw us, they offered to help with anything we needed and even lent us extra bikes so we could explore the area and enjoy the scenery. They truly made us feel like family!

Communication with the property was excellent! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing both an early check-in and a late check-out. I even got to do a load of laundry on-site, which was a huge plus—I hate traveling home with dirty or damp clothes. There are two nearby restaurants (Tiki Tiki and another fish spot—can’t remember the name!) that were both delicious and had fun, unique decor. The property is a bit farther from the Broadwalk than I expected and in a more residential area, but overall, it was a 10/10 experience thanks to the amazing hospitality. Thank you!

The Unit where we stayed was so spacious and perfect for a family! The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room/common area has a sofa bed with a queen size mattress, another TV and a full bathroom. A full kitchen came in handy to store breakfast items, so we didn't have to eat breakfast out. A short walk down the block to the beach and a walking/bike path makes this an ideal location. It's so close to the beach, we didn’t even use the pool at Waves on Desoto, but we saw other guests enjoying it. Free parking for my rental car was also a plus. Grocery stores, restaurants, and the airport are all a short drive away. Vickie, the property manager, was very accessible via text. The property is a bit dated, but everything was very clean. I highly recommend it!
