The staff were very helpful and kind. We had quick service especially to our room when we needed something. The place was very beautiful and the beds were comfy with comfortable bedding. The only thing I’d say was a bit confusing was reception as soon as you walk in because it’s on the 2nd floor. Also there isn’t any indication on which floor the pool is, but we found it to be on the 5th floor.
