You need $50 cash deposit. If you don’t have cash, there is an ATM in the lobby. There are a whole block of hotels belonging to RICHARDS. The room furnishings are basic, but clean.

Super nice people and very friendly. I always come here just to get away for a night. Pool is always clean and available. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was soo soft a bit uncomfortable you sink in and covers are so thin . when we got there no remote for the tv but they came and brought us one and programmed it again super nice. The other thing was that we got locked out because the door knob was kind jammed and had to ask for assistance but again they came to the rescue and helped us out. Service is wonderful for a better esperience but for the rest you can’t complain for the price and deposit.

It was noisy over here all night I would never stay at the green fees ever again the room was small not only that there was a couple in front of me at the window who was given a room that was supposed to be in my room so instead of giving that couple room for 16 or 4:15 or 5:15 or whatever it is you give them room 24 which was mine I didn't pay I did not book for a room on the side of the office I booked over a green seas never again and I have been coming here for a while but green seeds no I never will stay here again and I will make sure I tell my family and friends not to never come here

Long time waiting outside in the sun to check in. Room was a wreck.Had to check in at next door hotel. People playing loud music had to call office but they remedied the situation. Decorations around pool area was very tropical.
