Elegantes cuatro habitaciones en el centro histórico de Florencia, a pocos pasos de Piazza della Signoria y Piazza del Duomo. Para cumplir también con los más altos estándares de seguridad está equipado con un sistema de detección y alarma de humo, metano, monóxido de carbono, y con iluminación de seguridad, extintor de incendios y una manta cortafuegos.

Joli et confortable. La vue depuis le balcon fantastique. Beaucoup d’escaliers faut être en forme oublié les grosses valises.Restaurants à porter de main, que ce soit gastronomique ou juste un sandwich. Tout les sites se font à la marche.

The apartment was beautiful. We had a view of the top of the Duomo. There are 75 stairs that you are told about ahead of time. At the end of the day that could be daunting but the apartment and view were worth it. The only negative I have is the trash. You have to run around the neighborhood to find where it needs to be disposed of. If you have an early morning flight or train this is a big inconvenience.

Beautful top floor apartment with everything you need. Gorgeous view of the dome from the terrace. 2 minute walking distance to the duomo. There are several stairs but good exercise after a delicious meal next door. Silvia was wonderful to communicate with.

Our family of 3 loved our stay here in Florence! The location is absolutely outstanding and the suite is a true gem. More than that, the host Silvia has truly thought of everything, with written instructions on everything you can think of in the suite and the city. I’ve never used it before, but the checkin and door access with vikey was very easy. There is and amazing option for bag storage if you arrive a bit early. The unit was blissfully cool despite the very hot August temperatures. The layout is a very cool and an efficient use of space and the amount of facilities is amazing, again, Silvia appears to have thought of everything you might need or want. The kitchen is well appointed and functional. Bedrooms good sized. The view is as advertised… amazing.We have no reservations to recommend this place and we hope to come back some day. Well worth it.

A MUST STAY! Total cottage-core, beautifully historic and scenic. The view alone is worth the stay! The stairs are difficult with luggage, but you only have to use them a couple times a day. EVERYTHING is on your doorstep, we didn’t uber anywhere! Disposing own trash was the only negative as you have to take it to local bins. However, they are not a far walk at all. Sylvia was very quick and helpful with her responses when we needed assistance. She provided us with so much insight to Florence and a whole itinerary also! Honestly above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back! Grazie & Ciao!

The apartment was fantastic - on a quiet and charming street in the old town by the Duomo, centrally located and yet hidden from the crowds, with many nice restaurants nearby. The view of the Duomo from the balcony was amazing both during the day and at night when it was lit. The apartment was very nice and interestingly designed, and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated that there were both washer and dryer. It was a great choice for us.

Beautiful apartment

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing!! Pack light bc there are 4 flights of stairs to climb. Overall it was wonderful and we would stay again.

We stayed four nights in this amazing two floor apartment on a quiet but central street in Florence. Silvia was so quick to respond to any of our questions. It was also super quiet since it’s on a tiny side street.Very recommended!

A Perfect Spot in Florence

This property was comfortable and cool. A beautiful view of the Duomo was a plus! Everything was convenient and close for an easy stay. The apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared to climb 78 stairs every time you go in and out of your place. The decor is amazing with many pieces of artwork. Comfy bed and furniture made things nice. I recommend this apartment to everyone who is in decent shape.

Everything was wonderful. Wifi, space, kitchen with everything needed. We loved the view from the terrace. Be warned of the more than 80 steps going up, because there is no lift/elevator. Other than that, just perfect!

Great location in the middle of everything. Apartment has a unique design that make it feels very roomy. AC for room were ok not very cold. We had a heat wave when we were ther so we needed to max it out. No early check in so if you arrive early you will need to store your bags somewhere and come bag and get them later. The apartment is on the very top floor and it has no elevator so be prepared to haul your luggages up, i think, four flights of stairs, BRUTAL! Overall i would not rent the apartment again because of these stairs, but if you dont mind it please rent the apartment because it is very nice and in middle of everything.
