"The kitchen staff were rude when we asked the lady a question. Food wasn't for me. We had the King Suites and our room wasn't clean. Bed was so uncomfortable the the head and foot of the bed was shaped and so dented like a taco shell , that you couldn't get comfortable to sleep. I stayed up for 2 days straight because of the bed was soooo warn out... We told the staff and they did nothing about it. We left a day early because of it. Nobody there were friendly at all. I never stayed at a Hotel like this before and all I can say, is I'LL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANY COMFORT SUITES DAY RIDGE EVER AGAIN. TAKE IT FROM ME, DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS, LIKE I DID. You'll regret it..."
