The hot tub was broken. The little room that sells snacks was almost empty. There's no Wi-fi. The shower had mildew on all 3 walls. You can see light in around the door, so it doesn't keep any noise out at all from the hallway. But the beds were comfortable, the TV had lots of channels, and the breakfast was okay.

We’ve usually booked our stay here. It’s all clean, staffs are helpful and accommodating. The only downside is that they have to fix their net, as most Canadians rely on the free wifi when we travel in the US. Anyways it’s always a five star stay for us.

The lobby area is nice and smells clean, but the rest of the hotel needs some major TLC. The elevator flooring needs to be replaced and it didn’t smell the best. The room carpeting was sticky to the point where we wore our shoes or socks at all times. The backing on the desk chair was almost completely torn off. The sink and tub were slow to drain. Hole in wall in room, picture missing but nails still there, one of the 2 beds were broken, so it didn’t support the mattress. Both mattresses need to be replaced. Baseboard by the tub fell off and was just lying there, light fixture above the sink was burnt out. Our tv quit working, but staff did come up and had to reboot the tv. They said the smart tv was old and wasn’t compatible anymore with the tv service so they have to reboot them on a regular basis. It was like the maintenance team or company had been on strike for many months! They definitely need to set aside some of their customers room rental money for repairs and upgrades. It’s getting pretty ran down. Probably won’t stay there again and I don’t have extremely high hotel expectations.

Toilet in room had a broken seat. Could not sit on it. No shower curtain. Sofa bed had no sheets or blankets. At breakfast no bowls for cereal or oatmeal. Quietly talked to front desk clerk. Staff should pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the room. The couch had food spilled on the side. Didn't sit on the couch. Wasn't sure how clean it was. Breakfast staff could have been cleaning tables as people left instead of sitting around doing nothing.

For the affordable price this hotel was not too bad, but the waterslide looks as though it's been out of service for quite a while, and there was no waterfall/spray play equipment in the shallow part of the pool as shown in the photos, and the spa/hot tub was not working either. So that was quite disappointing given that we booked this place based on pictures of the pool as it looked fun for our toddlers. The pool temperature was also very cold so with the lack of water slide or play area and no hot tub to to warm up my kids did not spend much time in the pool which was a pretty big bummer for our kids. The rooms were fine they were what you'd expect for a 3 star hotel and the breakfast as pretty good! But the pool was really not as advertised at all so that impacted our whole holiday - the pictures should be updated to at least reflect the lack of water/spray play area and a note about the waterslide would have been appreciated.
