"The staff were super nice, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was very kind. Luggage check was quick too, they have a desk agent but also a self serve kiosk where you can scan your ticket & they’ll bring your bags out. The MGM app was the only thing harder to navigate as it didn’t always allow you to make reservations to all the restaurants or was difficult to purchase tickets through. I eventually got it though which was good because it gives you rewards points. That’s not the hotel’s fault though but "
