"The rental car return is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy to return the car. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The roll in shower in the accessible room was well designed. Just wish they’d provide softer towels. Otherwise, a great place to stay!"

"The room was not ready when we arrived (at 9pm). Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in despite already having checked in online. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke AND the ozone spray they try to cover it with. The room was not clean when we got there. We requested housekeeping but no one came. There were just two thin sheets on each bed- no blankets or comforters at all. After three days of no housekeeping, the only way to get someone to our room was to get a manager involved. I've had better experiences in hostels. The staff with whom we directly interacted were friendly and as helpful as they could be. "

"Check in was slow, cafe services was mediocre, no chairs available in pool area which was over crowed. Someone was able to bring there dog in and it went to the bathroom in the sand area. "
