Everything was clean and convenient, easy to get to other areas outside. Only set back for us was the wrong room view was assigned to us, however guest services did reach out to me. The only other thing was the shower was an open concept and the floor was soaking wet after every shower.

Staff treated us as if we were an inconvenience every step of the way from check in to housekeeping and even the stores at Flamingo they all seemed to have a negative attitude and not helpful. They comped us $50 for having to fight with housekeeping to get non feathered pillows as my wife has allergies to feathers and we had to argue that they were feather pillows and actually pull out the feathers before they would believe us then took 3 hours to get them changed out. Then the $50 credit was not good for any restaurants we could use. I would not recommend staying here.

We asked for 1 more pillow but front desk said we couldn’t get one. Good variety of food, we wished there was a buffet but went to ceasars palace for that. Great gift shops, prices were reasonable. Music by pool starts so early, wish it started at 11:00 am instead of 9:00 am.
