The pool was closing early and the kids area was roped off. There was NEVER enough chairs n people would leave their towels so we would know if they were empty. The staff was rude at the pool and would not even make eye contact with us. One man when as far as to open my wallet n proceeded to rummage through it.! I hated feeling like a guest at the pool in the hotel I came for the pool exclusively. MORE chairs just for tanning only and get the proper staff for all areas to be open and safe. No matter the reason it should have been announced.

The hotel and room are fine, there were a few things that didn't make it great. First, no coffee maker in the "standard" room - I guess this is a thing in Vegas, but I didn't know that prior to this trip (apparently people take cheap coffee makers in their luggage). Also, the app didn't let me check in early or late (though I paid for both), so I had to wait in line at the front desk. They really need to up their technology game. The Pinky restaurant is gorgeous, but everything is very expensive - including a normal size bottle of water for $8. Overall, I might consider staying here again, but would go into it with open eyes. Likely will choose another hotel next time.

Never got the barcode by email to check in at kiosk. Talked to them on the phone for one hour so they could fix it. They never did but I was lucky that the concierge/ house guest helped me to check in. Room was with with a very old used chair and old pillows in bed. Toilet kept on flashing.

Not one day was our room serviced even after multiple requests. I just can’t even begin to explain my frustrations with this place. They gave me one day of the resort fee back which was a complete joke. On top of that the last day there we came back to find that the door was opened by housekeeping however the only thing they did was leave clean sheets. Guess what my son’s iPad mini is gone and unfortunately I didn’t notice it until we were at the airport and as many times as I’ve called I just give up. I’ll have to chop it up as a lost but never again.

Fun experience, hotel atmosphere was great. Not many affordable food choices and the elevator system sucked. You scan your room key then press your floor #, worked about 1/4 of the time on the first try. Go Pool was suppose to open during our stay but wasnt even close to being ready.
