"From the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly, efficient, always on hand. Parking was fine, our clean Superior room gave us spectacular views over the wonderful countryside and River Wye, as a listed building you take on the decor. Ross is a great central spot for travelling around."

"Very pleased with our stay here. Spacious bedroom, lovely en suite, big choice on all menus, beautifully cooked. All staff very friendly, especially Amanda, who went above and beyond to assist us.. Pensioners! Only one thing to note. Heating hadn't been put on, so rooms rather chilly..bath towels didn't dry. This should have been noted by manager. Would definitely recommend. "
