We had a live person to check us in the first night. When we decided to stay a second night, we were assisted by a remote assistant via a kiosk in the lobby. She was very patient with my bumbling confusion over this process that is new to me, but everything worked out. I have a PHEV, so the charging station was convenient. $.49 per kilowatt was reasonable.
