I highly recommend this hotel. A great location with stunning views. The staff were amazing, we had a wonderful check in experience. Bar staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast waitress and waiters were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean, warm , with everything we needed.

While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient.
