Everything especially the staff. The oarking lady was very helpful helping me call someone to pick up my water bottle carelessly dropped at the bottom of the parking. Thr breakfast was great and had a wide variety of food. They even had the celery juice I carve for.

An excellent hotel. Lots of amenities, wonderful service staff and a great location in Hsinchu. Next to the East Gate, restaurants, brewery and markets. Rooms were clean and any issues were immediately taken care of by management. Would stay here again.
