Very luxurious airport hotel. The layout of the room was great, having a restaurant downstairs with many, many options for food was great for persons taking or coming off a flight. This is paid for separately. Service is 5 star. rooms very clean, there is also a lounge for relaxing and a regular shuttle that goes to and from the hotel.

As practical as it gets. Location for airplane travels is very convenient, accessible from MRT Station A14a, just besides the hotel itself. Modern, well kept and now under Hyatt administration. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is professional, polite and helpful.The Chinese Restaurant is a 5 Star Experience. Don’t miss the roasted duck, a true delicacy.

Staff at counter for check-in was okay, albeit robot-like. Staff at the lounge/bar was good and professional. The room was okay. Cleanliness was subpar for things I notice, but the general public would not. The room needs a deep clean, including the nooks and crannies.
