Sadly I’d pass next time

Sadly not great. Started with Desk couldn’t find reservation for myself and the 2 additional colleagues of mine I booked. Took several minutes then finally I was told that it doesn’t merge with a different system because I did not book directly with them. Went to room to find water coming up from vinyl flooring. Couldn’t walk without shoes on. Changed rooms which was very easy visiting the front desk again. Very loud building, can hear everything from next from, to walking around all night above me. I’d book the top floor if I may ever find myself booking this property again. Ran shower and tap for, kid you not!, 15-20 minutes to finally have a warm shower at 5am. Sadly as someone who travels a lot for work, not the best visit or property, would struggle to stay here again.

Overall great but, 1 star for service due to bad experience. I was playing pool with my 12 yrs old son in common play area in main hall and in a middle of the game a person named Wassim turned off the lights @10:52pm without even courtesy informing us! When asked about the lights talked rudely yelling "Its quite time after 11pm". I had a great impression for Tru by Hinton Hotels for their courtesy for but all lost on that day. How can you turn off the lights for guests without even informing them and on the top yelling on them! Hope management notice such behaviors and take appreciate action so it doesn't ruin someone's day.

Complimentary Non-Breakfast

Just a quick overnight stay over a weekend. The room is clean and in good condition. The complimentary breakfast is very sparse and not well stocked or serviced. We had limited time to grab a bite - coffee was empty for 15 minutes, pancake mix was empty, no sausages or eggs either. Basically only cereal was available. Juice cups were all used too. This was in the middle of breakfast hours. We pretty much left without breakfast.

Overall a nice euro style property, The breakfast was very low quality food and disappointing. My thoughts would be to charge another $10 and improve the food. The shampoo was empty when we tried to use it. Probably a 7 out of 10 We will return and try it once more.
