Great spot to stay but the homeless people broke into my truck 2 nights in a row. Don’t advise to use outside parking lot. I’ll be staying else where using a uber to get to Roger’s arena now way cheaper then windows.

If you’re used to a Sandman Signature property, this is definitely not that. This is an old hotel that is falling apart that has simply had a signage change. It’s pretty clear maintenance isn’t performed regularly. The water pressure in the shower is a joke, the sinks don’t drain, the furniture is old and in bad shape. I’m a huge fan of the Signature properties under this brand, but this specific property is disappointing. PLEASE change the shower heads. The luxury “rain shower” gag doesn’t work if there’s no pressure - there are shower heads you can purchase that assist with ailing water pressure in large buildings. They’re inexpensive and would make a world of difference.

Site was clean and close to Rogers venue. Parking was slightly confusing, but worked out. Ask about registering car if you didn't see the fine print, and download Hang Tag App, Which is easy To pay and to extend public parking.

Homeless people in front of entrance, no security to ask them to leave, bothering your hotel guests. I know it’s a problem in Edmonton downtown but try to clear them from the entrance
